Issue:

When trimming or placing pipes with a long radius custom pipe fitting elbow, the pipes become skewed and slope.

Causes:

Family is not created with the connection centered on the reference plane.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, the family and any nested profile family must be modified:
  • Nested circle profile should have "Defines origin" set to the primary Reference Planes.
  • When the profile is loaded into the host family, The sweep should be centered on the Reference plane (Ref Level)
