IGBT Induction Melting Furnace

  • Crucible of high purity graphite clay: the crucible of pure graphite is used. The temperature is up to degrees. It is suitable for 1-6kg of gold, silver, platinum, and other small-volume metal induction melting jobs.
  • Graphite clay crucible: suitable for gold, silver, copper, aluminum, tin, lead, and other small metal induction smelting, smelting capacity of 3-300kg.

Important Safety and Operational Notes
1.The equipment requires water cooling. Please use clean tap water or water from a circulating pump system.
2.Cooling water requirements: It should be clean, with an inlet water temperature below 45°C. Install a filter at the water inlet. The outlet water pipe must not be kinked or blocked, as this can lead to damage to the machine.
3.In the event of a sudden power outage during operation, promptly remove the hot crucible to prevent damage from high temperatures.
4.If the power factor meter shows a sudden drop or instability, reduce the power knob, restart the machine, or replace the graphite crucible.
5.It is strictly forbidden to start the machine without a crucible or to use different types of non-pure graphite crucibles.
6.The equipment should be kept away from environments with strong acids, strong bases, or high temperatures.
7.For the induction coil design, ensure the coil&#;s inductance is within the appropriate range. Use the induction coil provided by our company. If you manufacture your own, consult with us to avoid improper parameters that could affect heating efficiency or damage the equipment.
8.After operation, keep the cooling water running for 3-5 minutes to ensure the machine is fully cooled.
Special Note: After melting is complete, promptly remove the graphite crucible and quartz sleeve to prevent residual heat from melting the inner ring of the main unit.
